Woven PP (polypropylene) bags are produced by interweaving polypropylene tapes in two directions, they are known for their strength and durability. Our range of Laminated/Unlaminted HDPE/PP Woven Bags/Sacks is Water Resistant Bags which are light, but strong enough to handle strains. They are tough, breathable, cost effective bags, ideally suited for packaging agricultural products like grains, pulses, seeds and sugar, as well as products as diverse as sand, fodder, chemicals, cement, metal parts, etc.


We are pleased to offer a wide variety of options in order to best suit the application. PP woven bags with coating and bags with liners are ideal for packaging products that are at risk of leaking, from fine granules like sugar or flour to more hazardous materials like fertilizers or chemicals. Liners help protect the integrity of your product by avoiding contamination from outside sources and reducing the release or absorption of humidity.


PP bags are used extensively for the storage and transportation of goods. Therefore, it is important to make strong bags so that the material can be safely transported from one place to another. We make high-quality Polypropylene material to make the bags, and therefore, our PP Woven fabric India is very sturdy and durable.


Our Infrastructure


The departments in our facility are:

  • • EXTRUSION: 500-600 Kgs/hour of POLYPROPYLENE TAPES of various weights & strengths.
  • • LOOMS: Circular looms to produce fabric of any width & weight. (Capacity 350MT/Month)
  • • LAMINATION: Up to 225Cm Lamination 15 GSM to 45 GSM.
  • • FABRIC CUTTING: 5 Nos. of cutting accurate cutting machine.
  • • PRINTING: 1 Automatic & 2 normal machines (operated by the operator).
  • • PRINTING: 1 Automatic & 2 normal machines (operated by the operator).
  • • CLEAN ROOM FACILITY: We produce FIBC from state-of-the-art clean room facility to fulfill the requirement of customers. Our facility is well integrated from TAPE stage to packing with highly maintained hygienic conditions.
  • • TESTING LAB: We have equipment’s to check the breaking strengths of tape and also ultraviolet testing of tapes. The other types of test are Elongation testing, UV testing, GSM, Strength testing. We have in place procedure to check out each stage.
